Eataly is a beautiful Italian market packed with cheeses, meats, pastas, fresh espresso bar, wine, liqueurs, and small eateries throughout. So basically all my favorite things in one place!
I was in LA for an industry event and we noticed we had just enough time before our dinner reservations to grab a quick drink at the Eataly rooftop bar, Terra. As you enter Terra, you’ll see the amazing smoker and grill station, (definitely have to go back to test it out) but we headed straight to the bar on the terrace. Terra has a beautiful design with greenery, views of the foothills, Hollywood sign, with cool breezes from Santa Monica.
I have visited Terra before and their cocktail list is always very creative with mixing new flavors, I always try something different. We ordered one of their specialty G&T No. 2 and Wild as Fragola. The Bergamont liqueur in the 'Wild as Fragola' caught my eye, I had to try it! Both were delicious of course, the strawberry rim really tied my cocktail together, already craving to go back.
